H.E.L.M. Healthcare Executive Leadership & Management Program
The H.E.L.M. Program prepares today’s healthcare and health IT leaders to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through a powerful collaboration between Belmont University Executive Education and Tennessee HIMSS, participants gain the leadership frameworks, strategic thinking skills, and real-world application needed to drive meaningful change across healthcare organizations statewide. Led by Dr. Melanie Adams, Belmont’s Executive Director of Executive Education and Educational Innovation, the H.E.L.M. experience is grounded in her extensive background developing senior leaders across industries.
